Physiotherapist
Reyna completed her Masters of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia and her Bachelor of Management at UBC Okanagan. From personal experience with injury and recovery, Reyna believes that participating in physical therapy strongly promotes wellness in all aspects of life.
Reyna is passionate about inspiring others to achieve their chosen goals. She approaches her clients with positivity. She strives to help clients gain confidence in achieving their goals. From that perspective, Reyna collaborates with clients to discover the therapies that will suit them optimally. Reyna has particular interest in helping those with neck and back problems related to an injury, posture, or overuse. Using manual therapy (hands-on) techniques such as joint mobilizations, soft tissue release, exercise prescription and activity recommendations, Reyna empowers her clients to improve their wellbeing. She also has experience with musculoskeletal injury, neurological rehabilitation, post-operative recovery, and return to work planning.
In her recreational time, Reyna plays beach volleyball and enjoys outdoor adventures with family and friends. She loves to try new things, whether it’s cooking at home or exploring local events.
