Phoebe completed her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia and has experience supporting clients across a wide range of conditions and stages of recovery. Her clinical practice includes musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation, chronic pain management, post-operative care, stroke rehabilitation, fall prevention, and care for pediatric and geriatric populations.
With a strong foundation in health sciences, Phoebe takes a client-centered, evidence-based approach, integrating manual therapy, individualized exercise prescription, patient education, and therapeutic modalities to support progress and build confidence in movement. She has also completed Level 1 of the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) Physiotherapy Program certificate.
Growing up as a competitive swimmer, Phoebe developed a deep appreciation for movement and recovery. She has over 10 years of experience as a swimming instructor and leads adapted exercise programs for clients of all abilities from post-injury individuals to neurodivergent and older adult populations. She is passionate about helping clients regain confidence, improve mobility, and return to the activities they enjoy, while supporting long-term progress through guided home exercise programs.
Outside of the clinic, Phoebe enjoys swimming, drawing, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
