Klara received her Master’s in Physiotherapy from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University.
She has competed in gymnastics in her youth until an injury shifted her focus to dance. Klara then attended the Canadian College of Performing Arts followed by the SFU Dance and Kinesiology programs. She believes in the importance of a balanced lifestyle and has a certificate in health and fitness. Her many achievements include cycling across Canada, and she is also an avid skier and hiker.
As a physiotherapist, she draws from her extensive background to support her clients in recovering from injury. Professionally she is interested in a whole system approach in helping individuals recover; she is a strong advocate for pilates personally and professionally, and is currently pursuing mentorship in osteopathic manual therapy. She uses manual therapy, exercise, and movement education to help patients regain function and return to sport and daily activity.
