Jenny Kim

Physiotherapist

Jenny completed her Master of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science at the University of British Columbia. As a motivated learner, Jenny has completed post-graduation courses including STOTT Matwork and Reformer Rehabilitation Pilates, functional dry needling/IMS, and other various soft tissue and mobilization courses. She is also completing her level 3 certification for advanced manual therapy under the Canadian Physiotherapy Association Orthopedic division.

Jenny has clinical research experience at GF Strong Rehabilitation hospital where she gained an interest in becoming a physiotherapist after working on several projects with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to improve patient care through evidence-based research. Jenny’s treatment philosophy consists of individualizing treatments utilizing manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription and education.

Her approach focuses on actively involving the patient in their treatment plan to ensure individual goals are addressed and accomplished. She values listening to patient’s stories and providing education on their condition to optimize their recovery.

Outside of the clinic, Jenny enjoys travelling, volleyball, basketball, hiking, and snowboarding.
