Connor Milton-Wood

Connor completed his Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Cellular Biology from Thompson Rivers University. Using a comprehensive and evidence-based approach that integrates the use of manual therapy, specific exercise prescription and education, Connor can develop individualized treatment programs that support clients in achieving their personal goals.

Connor’s passion for pursuing physiotherapy began through his experiences playing competitive rugby and his years working as a wildfire firefighter for the province. Witnessing and experiencing both sport and occupational injuries developed Connor’s interest in tissue healing, body mechanics and rehabilitation. His interests include treating sport-related injuries, athletic performance, neck & back pain, and dysfunctions of the shoulder & hip.

Outside of work, Connor has a love for good food, living an active lifestyle and spending time with family and friends. He can often be found exploring the local mountains, picking up a new sport, or training in the gym.
